Welcome to Pawverse. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pawverse website, smart contracts, NFTs, and tokens. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Pawverse and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. NFTs and Smart Contracts
Pawverse NFTs are digital collectibles deployed on the Solana blockchain. All transactions are conducted via blockchain smart contracts. You assume full responsibility for using your wallet and interacting with on-chain assets.
When you purchase an NFT on Pawverse, you own the underlying NFT on the blockchain. However, ownership of the NFT does not grant you ownership of the intellectual property or artwork associated with it. Pawverse retains all rights to the Pawverse brand, artwork, and associated intellectual property.
3. PAWZ Token
PAWZ is a utility token used within the Pawverse ecosystem for staking, trait purchases, fusion, Arena rewards, and other platform features. PAWZ is not an investment, security, or financial instrument and has no guaranteed monetary value. PAWZ tokens should not be purchased with any expectation of profit.
4. Royalties and Secondary Sales
Secondary sales of Pawverse NFTs may be subject to creator royalties as enforced by the marketplace or on-chain mechanisms. These royalties support ongoing project development and ecosystem growth. By trading Pawverse NFTs, you acknowledge and accept these royalty structures.
5. Risk Disclosure
NFTs and cryptocurrency involve significant risks, including but not limited to:
- High volatility and potential complete loss of value
- Smart contract bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits
- Regulatory changes that may impact the platform or assets
- Network congestion, gas fees, and transaction failures
- Lack of guarantees regarding future utility, value, or liquidity
You acknowledge these risks and agree that Pawverse is not responsible for any financial losses incurred.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Manipulate, exploit, or abuse smart contracts or platform features
- Create fake accounts, engage in wash trading, or manipulate rankings
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Reverse engineer, hack, or attempt to compromise platform security
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
7. Limitation of Liability
Pawverse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawverse and its team members are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Smart contract failures, bugs, or vulnerabilities
- Network outages, gas fee fluctuations, or transaction errors
- Loss of NFTs, tokens, or funds due to user error or third-party actions
- Changes in market conditions, regulatory environments, or platform features
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawverse, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
