2. NFT Ownership

When you purchase an NFT on Pawverse, you own the underlying NFT on the Solana blockchain. Ownership of the NFT is governed by the smart contract and the Solana blockchain network.

• You own the NFT, not the intellectual property or artwork
• Pawverse retains all rights to the Pawverse brand and artwork
• You may resell or transfer your NFT subject to marketplace terms

3. PAWZ Token

PAWZ is a utility token with no monetary value. It is not an investment, security, or financial instrument. PAWZ tokens are used solely for platform features and have no guaranteed value.

4. Risk Disclosure

• NFTs and cryptocurrency are highly volatile and risky
• You may lose all invested capital
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Regulatory changes may impact the platform
• No guarantees of future value or utility

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Manipulate or exploit smart contracts
• Create fake accounts or engage in wash trading
• Harass or harm other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to hack the platform

6. Limitation of Liability

Pawverse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to smart contract bugs, network failures, or market volatility.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
